The app installed smoothly and I could set up the account relatively easily by scanning the hospital wristband. But the app could use a couple of improvements to make it better for the patient: (1) a way to edit a meal order when the meal is not the next meal to be served. Right now you have to cancel the order and start over. (2) a way to contact the meal staff when what was delivered to the room is incorrect or incomplete.

When you can get it to work its great, makes ordering easy especially if you are on a specific diet. However that being said it glitches, it will drop some things off you order so you must go back and check the order summary before you schedule your tray drop off. It will show error messages for no reason then the next time you try it no error. It has potential but feels like an Alpha and really needs to be addresed.

App was working fine for a while and now all of a sudden it won't connect to my hospital. I tried clearing cache and storage and uninstalling and reinstalling, none of which resolved the problem. I am on limited carbs and it's a lot easier for me to build my meals using the app than to keep the kitchen personnel tied up on the phone figuring out what I can have for each meal. Very disappointed ☹️

Easily the worst user interface I have ever used. Forces a full login every time it's opened, refuses to allow you to save login info. And God forbid you ever accidentally touch the back button, you're logged out instantly. Bear in mind this app is intended for HOSPITAL PATIENTS to order their meals - NO sensitive data is exchanged. Once logged in, when you select the meal you need, instead of opening the options for that meal the app defaults to whatever the 1st items are. Google cutoff. 😤

Horrible, extremly gltchy, imposible to use. It kicks you back out 4 out of 5 times you try to log in, when you manage to log in, it does not detect your choices, so your selection does not shows up and you cant place the order. I end up placing my order by phone everytime I try to use it. I really wish it worked, it would be so much easier.

Looks promising, but it's incredibly slow and errors pop up frequently. For an app you're using in a hospital, it really needs to be a much smoother and less stressful experience. The login session times out too fast, for every meal it requests a log on to place an order. (And it often errors during this as well.) The "visitor" mode doesn't work at all and can't load any menus.

After taking 30 minutes to get the app and account set up, I went to order my food just to find there was no way to get to 90% of the options. It has a couple random suggestions on the home page, but the 'Categories" only let's you select from beverages, seasonings, additions, and spreads. Makes the app completely useless. It only gets a 2 star because it doesn't crash on startup and the UI isn't terrible

Completely broken and frustrating. Login returns errors constantly, sometimes kicks you out of the app entirely, very slow to load, etc. It's a nice idea but it doesn't work well and is very frustrating if you're already sick and in the hospital. I want to note, I'm not on wifi and using my mobile data, so it's not the hospital internet connectivity causing the issue.
