Their inability to keep their equipment functional has cost me $1,300 in lost income in the last month alone. The only redeeming quality is that, when functioning, the speeds and general service are good. But in the last 4 weeks, we have had multiple multi-day spans where our entire area has lost internet. In addition to this, their customer service doesn't answer the phone/return phone calls. The "We're On It!" emails stop being charming when their "service" starts threatening your livelihood.

worst service, I would not recommend. you can call them and complain they would never turn around to get the issue sorted out. I am going to cancel with them. I wish I can give minus star. not worth even 1 star

Nothing but great service. All pre install questions answered. Above and beyond getting us ready so Internet setup and ruining the minute we walked in the door. Won't use anybody else.

7 months of service. 7 months of outages every single month......some lasting at MINIMUM 24 hours. and recently the last outage 3 days... with yet another critical outage which will last 3 days plus only days after the last 3 day outage. we are the only house in our neighborhood without service..... DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. worst provider I've ever had in 20 years.

have not had the best luck. it's buffers a lot, which is very annoying! I would not recommend!
