This is great in theory only. Doesn't work half the time. Even though it syncs up eveytime you go on, info is wrong or missing. It is suppose to have a reports button, mine doesn't. It makes it difficult to run a business when the apps you are relying on are inconsistent. They have made unhelpful updates and haven't addeessed the most important issues. I am feed up.

Terrible, it works when it wants too. Syncing works half the time, so sometimes i go back and try to find a unit that i put on overlock but then find out the status never updated. Honestly my job depends on the mobile app so having the constant trouble is affecting performance on property. This is on my Samsung Note 21 5g Ultra with over 400mbs speed.

It's the most finicky app it's used for work and I've wasted hours typing in serial numbers reapplying them, syncing them, reapplying them typing them in scanning them which the creators take the time and fix this app!

This app is awesome when it works...and it almost NEVER works. Doesn't sync or syncs non-stop, either way when you log out and log back in all your vital info is GONE! Been emailing back and forth with customer service constantly for a month. They're answer? Use the website.

Great Idea but more problems than benefits. The website and app do not share information at all. Change a lock status on the app won't show on the website and vice versa. Also no way to take locks back off the system once added. So any damaged or sold one stay on the list.

Great for work! Easy to use. So awesome they have a app makes my job a lot easier then sotting down at a computer. I do however wish the scan option was better I even bought a new phone and ot just really does not scan my locks that well. I juat type them in which is pretty smooth and easy

The app was always iffy before but recently has completely broken. No one in our company who manages over 100 facilities is able to sync the app which renders it useless.

Overall it's been a easy working system however as of a week ago have not been able to sync the app to the website causing issues
