Old app worked "great", like 5* great, it crashes every other time I used it. New one doesn't crash, bravo developers. BUT the user interface is not so simple SUBMIT needs to appear the instant the minimum requirements to create a work order are met not seemingly randomly. I have to go in and out of each field until SUBMIT appears. Also sometimes the drop down menus will drop below my virtual keypad and won't scroll so I have to manually type in my selection imstead of the quick drop down.

There was a recent update, and now there are no longer the check marks showing where you completed a subset of tasks, and if a task won't complete, you are forced to go back through every level of every step to try to see what you missed. The new layout is difficult to navigate and links are not always highlighted, so if you select a task wrong, too high in the box for instance it may take you to the data on the piece of equipment rather than the, in my case, inspection task for said equipment.

Average. It just barely gets the job done for it's purpose Date range on filter would be nice. As well as prioritizing orders by date as well as by severity in active use on app. Search ability would also be nice. I'm sure these are probably accessible in computer with full software program. Or maybe it's just administrator friendly.

Great program,although,it still sends me notifications even hours after a work order has been completed.Makes me think a new work order has been assigned..keep searching notifications on my phone every time i hear the notification sound..Sort of waste time...When using PC,and permission to enter is checked,it doesnt show on the mobile phone unless it is stated in notes by whoever creates the work order...Please fix these

Needs some work still. Like some of the new features but lacks some things. With monthly task I use to be able to see what they where on old app. This one. Just list them all same. All I See is inspection. It use tell me what each one was like if it was hvac or kitchen equipment. Now I have to scroll though each one look to see what it is. Harder to find things now. And when I back out I have to start from top list find out where I left off hoping I don't click on same thing

This app works most of the time. I've noticed that once a week a random work order will not leave the home page even if it was completed an hour ago or 3 days ago... I have to logout and then login for it to clear itself.

Ok buuuttttt.... It seems to run a tad faster witch is good.. Not sure how I feel about the layout. The main issue is the scan button is located under create. I see why they did it but it would make more sense to have that across from the create button? Already called and suggested this change as I had to have someone tell me where the scan option was...

This app barely functions. Unable to clear completed work orders from phone app. Some get stuck and will not go away. Also have problems entering information and photos for unit turns. Should have worked the bugs out before launching this app.
