6/15 UPDATE App is working again. Finally. Realized i also needed to reset options. We have an older not updated app that also works fine. The App had been working ok but it had stopped working. I noticed it was updated yesterday. The error message says it lacks permission to scan for bluetooth devices. ?? I can't find that option in the settings. ?

Please remove the trash can from the wallet home screen. I've touched it twice on accident and had to pay $25 each time to re-purchase the card. The trash can was not there until the last update. Also, the app does not allow me to exit. I have to hit the home screen button to get out of it...(WTH?) Please fix it. My review of this app will remain the worst possible until you do.

1) It takes almost the full 10 seconds of holding directly against the reader to register. 2) The timer duration cannot be changed like on I phone. 3) Touch less activation does not work and when the notification is clicked it prompts that it requires location access which I already granted. All permissions are granted and still nothing. I understand that there are multiple devices and that you can't test them all but the feature, reliability, and performance of this app is unacceptable.

Does not work well with Android. Need to present phone multiple times before reader will acknowledge read. Sometimes can take up to 40 seconds for read to occur. We conducted tests across different Android phones from s6 to s10 with readers at different locations and had the same results. iPhone version of this app works well and reads within a second everytime.

Horrible!! The app is glitches when turn on Bluetooth; as app requires! Had issue with someone stealing fob that was mailed to me out if my mailbox. I have a camera to prove it. I have to currently just have someone let us in the pool I payed for for over 21 years ....this year, no lifeguards just fobs or this app that doesn't work. Its ridiculous 🙄 😒

App only initiates handshake with reader when app is opened. Touchless function doesn't work with app running in the background with all permissions granted. Tested with all of our employees' phones (Android & Iphone). Android version gives you fewer options than Iphone version.

Terrible. This is a huge downgrade from the fobs we used to have at our condo. Now we have to open our phone, f around to find and open the app, then wait for it and THEN hit the button. And as far as I can tell it won't sync to my car's HomeLink. A terrible downgrade. Most hated app on my phone.

Like others said previously. Not instant scan majority of the time. Got even worse after the update. Please test your app before release on actual hardware in different scan environments and obstacles.
