Awful app won't even let me create a password. No error message explaining why. I've slowly and carefully typed the password and the repeat to make sure they are the same and even tried copy paste from a note. I've tried adding more letters, numbers and symbols, but it does nothing. I'm gonna eat the cost of ordering this internet and just get something else.

If I could give less stars, I would. The app never worked but worse than the app, the service is horrible; no reception, the data goes down extremely fast even though nothing connects. The 375 Mb plan actually slows down at the 250 mark, unlimited slows at 300. I canceled before the end of the first month. Also, the equipment fee of $79.95 is nonrefundable.

The app absolutely is useless. Customer service is a joke. You can't upgrade your data, my IP address changes daily which in turn drops my live TV through Hulu. I have to buy more data and I haven't even had it a month yet! Honestly thinking about cancelling it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT 🤬

very unprofessional and know how to scam a person we had installed on may 11 and i paid $350 dollars by may 21 for data to keep our tv working until we could have metronet installed which is an awesome company! DO NOT USE EARTHLINK they will take your money and laugh at you!

terrible, can't update my address, can't split payments, and they throttle your data the day your bill is due if your payment fails but will not accept splits payments. cruel company.

Would be very nice to see a breakdown of data used each day by each device in order to manage usage. BTW, shutting the modem off at night (or whenever you're not using it) can save you tons of data; I never go over my limit anymore.

not worth the money. we watched a few movies one night and Xbox and was out of data. when I attempted to call and cancel I just kept getting transfered and was on hold over a hour , 3 different times. terrible customer service

DO NOT BUY - 0 stars if I could -no limit should ever be below 1.2 terabytes -speed is pathetic for $65/month. use cox for 50/month and over double the speed with unlimited data -they just spam scam the nonrefundable $80 charge too everyone knowing people will 100% cancel. -knowing ppl will cancel the removed option to cancel online, in app, over text, or even with the help line robot. it must be done through a call where they'll do everything on earth to stop you... go cox :) or at&t
