The Ui for case history needs adjustment. The reply I received had a link but the screen area that displays the answer is very small and the link was shortened that I cannot use it. Links should be clickable and the full response should be displayed in a detailed screen.

I've been contacting the ministry of housing since june, and no anwer to my problem from the ministry, i always get the generator message, however my problem was not solved. And today my case was closed without any message, call, email, or any form of contact. Quite disappointed from this app. 3 months of continuous messages in the app but no answer from the ministry. How disappointing.

My experience with app was very good. They resolved my case on behalf of Information and E-government authority. I recommend it. 4 stars because of one lady who was very dismissive of me and kept on telling me to contact the entity itself. I wouldn't be contacting Twasul if the entity was helpful now would I? The male agents were very very helpful and nice.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The app itself is easy to use, however the service itself is useless. They do absolutely nothing to assist other than copy and paste generic answers. There is ZERO effort to genuinely resolve the concerns of citizens. Disappointing at best and negligent at worst. Bahraini citizens deserve better. 😔

The best app so far. I'm loving it because: 1- fast replies 2- they take your case and investigate immediately. 3- there are other questions that is helpful you must read them. 4-easy friendly use app. 5- you can complain or suggest or ideas and you can upload the pictures. 6- don't worry about your info like CPR or phone number, it's sound and safe 😘. 7-its addictive (for me I guess 😁) 8-no annoying ads 9- you can track your case 10- GUYS ITS FREE TO DOWNLOAD 🤣

Tawasul helps resolve all egov related issues. I had an issue where i was not able to renew my vehicle online as the new vehicle insurance was not getting reflected on traffic gdt system. After raising complaint on tawasul it got resolved in 24 hours and I could renew my vehicle registration online

Great app linking everyone living in the Kingdom of Bahrain with all authorities to enable them freely and easily to communicate directly, report any issue and it gets looked at very quickly to get it fixed. Great job and wishing everyone working on it all the best.
