The 10 day course is interesting, but the focus section is glitchy. Often it will neglect to check in for the whole focus period, and fail to make the end signal, even when I leave the app open on the screen. The few times it has notified me to check in, the "how focused were you" question doesn't show up until the end of the session. While the app is useful for training new attention skills, it is currently not functional to be used as a reliable study tool. I recommend it for the 10 day course
