whatever they updated is causing an error, and I can't use the app

The app may be new but it's not improved--it's worse. Started a list but couldn't find it because turns out starting a list doesn't add to lists in profile. Can't edit a search from results screen; have tap to go back, edit, & search again (unneeded extra step). Can't see my phone's bottom nav buttons because the app's white background obscures the white icons. Took me less than 5 mins to find a way to get stuck. Also didn't it used to say where in the store products are? Redesign is a let down.

New app is terrible. 1 They deleted all my lists when they switched to the new app. 2 Can't select more than one item in your list and put them all into your cart in bulk anymore. 3 Every time you increase the quantity of an item, it sends it to the server so it takes forever to get even three items. Used to be able to select the quantity of an item and then put it in the cart which updated the order in bulk like it should 4 They force you to look at one item from weekly ad at a time.

The new app is very clunky and much harder to navigate. Search feature does not always bring up items searched for at the top and you have to scroll forever to find what you actually want, and there is no way refine your search better. They also put lunds products first, even if it has no relevance to your search. Past purchases no longer has recent activity and the sort feature does not work. Lastly, when adding more than one item (EG adding 4 bananas) the app has to load between each item.

The last update that was done has made this app terrible. I want to look at the weekly ad of what's on sale I don't need to see 14 different versions of chicken kabobs or hamburgers that are on sale. Bring back the old ad view. If there's something I'm interested in I'll click on it and then I can see the 14 variations of a product. Also I've lost the ability to search for something that's in the store to find out what aisle it's in.

I used to frequently use the L&B app. After the 5/21 update, I don't think I will again. The weekly add lists each variant of a sale item individually so scrolling through takes ages whereas one used to be able to click on an interesting item to get the details. The digital coupons now require multiple steps instead of one click to get and again list every iteration of an item the coupon is for requiring much scrolling. I unfortunately only found reverse progress when trying to use the app.

The recent update has removed or hidden the two features I valued most. The app no longer indicates the aisle location of goods. And it's now difficult to find the Extras specialty deals that used to be accessible from home screen. Not sure what was wrong with previous app, but update is definitely a step backwards for me.

This app is great when it works! I ran into an issue recently where it gave an error message saying the connection to the server was impossible then crashed. I got no response from either the developer or customer service, but contact on Facebook got passed along to someone who could help. It was an issue with DuckDuckGo's Tracker-Blocker VPN, and once that was turned off for this specific app only, then it finally started working again.
