Need alot of work on the app. Alot of function cannot be use on phone, looks like only displaying. No remotely change password on app using phone, need to be nearby, please upgrade on that. Door and gate is not linked, should have a system that link both together for more conveniences under a same user. For the price to purchase the lock, not worth it. Do something I will change the review.

Thank you! I was having trouble getting the app to work, it was always stuck on the main loading screen. It was recommended by their team to clear out all of the information and the cache for the app on my phone. I followed their advice and, it works great again! Huge fan of the lock, the app, and the KeyWe team for taking the time to help sort things out with me! The app does take a few minutes to get used to but, once you have it figured out, it's very well organized. 5 stars for sure!

The app works well, but takes a little figuring. Would like to see the Smart Open settings tweaked to allow for longer open times and even shorter geofence, if possible. I have kids, so getting to the front door in 30 seconds is rarely realistic. Having said that, whenever I actually do make it to the door within 30 seconds, I find that the door is unlocked and ready for me to enter without issue. I love lock and the app is a great companion.

2/22/19 When this thing works, it's great, but it's very glitchy. I never know if my lock is going to work until I pull into the driveway. The latest update seems to have messed up bluetooth connecting in some way. One thing I would really like to request is the ability to set a longer opening time so I don't have to race to the door. 3/23/20 and it still hasn't improved. The app is very random and unreliable. The lock itself is great. The app needs a major update.

I have had huge trouble with both the iOS and Android versions of this app. I have been unable to permanently register a lock; I keep having to enter a guest code. Most of the time, the Android app won't connect to the lock; the iOS version is only slightly more reliable. I got locked out for five minutes today while experiencing server connection errors. If I had paid for the lock, I would be demanding a full refund. I'm demanding physical keys from the property manager. UNACCEPTABLE.

currently using it. and loving its functions esp the bridge connect function. it allows me to remotely connect to my door while im away from home, so when my friends visit me after work, they dont require any keys for access. however one thing that i would like to see from this app if possible is the ability to see the access history for those who use the one time passcodes and the ones who use the number pad for access to my door too. keep it up wt the updates and loving this app

Newly installed the lock for my gate and door. Been using them for about 3 weeks now. Loving it and the functions especially the remote function through the wifi. Looks like the access log only shows history events from accessing the locks through the App. Would be great access by guest pass code, finger-print and RFID card can also be seen from the access history. As technology are toward smart home, would be great if the lock or the App can support Zigbee integration to smart home.

I been also having a problem not getting passed the loading screen. It has been several months now. I have also reinstalled the app several times. ****update**** followed your instructions and now is working. Had to restart my phone after removing the app. Then reinstalled and is working now. Thank you!
