HELPER LIBRARY is an amazing platform that bridges, matches and connects employers and helpers. The interface, navigation, information display, searching and matchmaking functions are user friendly, useful and pragmatic. Most importantly, the customer service is first class: responsive and responsible. I would strongly recommend this to any helpers and employers.

I paid hundreds to join membership, hoping to find a suitable helper but choices are pretty limited (shortlisted ~15, connected fewer than half of them). And some helper profiles are actually agency accounts, they collect your contact when you try to connect the helper, that means I am paying to expose my contact. Understand this is not something easy to guard, but I really don't feel good about this.

This app is very good and also all the staff here is very good and kind,I am a client here before 2 times i got employer here..The cost of processing fee here is very affordable and very low unlike the other agencys.. But now we need again a new job i want to have a new employer thats why im searching..so i download again this app..,but we have a problem on it now if i update this app still i cannot open.. Please help us what we can do this..thank you..

The very first time i used this app for finding an employer in hongkong there are some that match to my qualifications hoping that there are a lot more to come because i really wanted to work in hongkong thinking positive that this app can help me find a new good employer.😊😊

I downloaded this app, paid a 2 months fee (HKD2xx) and used it for a few weeks. I was asked to update this App this morning and since then I couldn't open the App again. What happened? Is this a scam?

Its my 1st time to used this apps that can matches between employer and helper.its quite nice and i am hoping this is the way or Bridges to find a new and good employer as soon as possible.

the app is old style and buggy. the password is required to be 6 digits, no more, no less.
