The app was a good experience, nearly duplicate to ordering online. Only two differences I could find were the screen adjusted to my phone size (no zooming or scrolling left & right), and the deals were easier to find since they are specific to the location that you are ordering from. We love Northern Lights Pizza. Their Skadoozy snacks are our favorite. They are always convenient and taste fantastic.

Autofill doesn't work and kept popping up when I would go to click the next line.. Every time I tapped autofill it would ask for my 👍 print, which is normal, but the app would close and I would have to start over. What is normally a 2 minute process to set up, took me over 20 minutes.. I could have driven to the store and placed the order (even with the 15 inches of snow that we have in Iowa right now) a lot faster.. I just hope, if there is a next time, that I can just use my 👍print..

So... For a lot of the appetizers they don't say how many you get. Anywhere. How many wings are you getting for $9?? No clue! That in and of itself is frustrating, but then add the login screen always freezing, so you have to open the app, force close it, and then reopen it and I'm about ready to go back to Casey's. Oh, and best of luck ordering the garlic butter. The link doesn't work.

Great pizza, janky app. It was easy enough to add some things, but I had to redo things several times because the app froze up. Also couldn't select a future time for pick up. First I thought it was because it was too soon, but its 4:30 and tried to pick 7, 8 or 9 pm and it still stuck with 4 pm.

The app is very easy to use. The website deals are even in the upper right corner ready for you to use. I liked the whole process. The only issue I had is the $24 deal for the Medium pizza and Scooby Snacks. It subtracted $5. Well Those two are $30 without the deal. If my math serves me right 30 minus 5 is 25, not 24. So the deal is actually Medium pizza and Scooby Snacks for $25. Dang, now I'm out a dollar.

Food is 5 star, the app could use some improvements though. I like the convenience of ordering at my leisure and taking my time to decide. Right off the bat trying to login will close the app if you try autofill which was so confusing I tried it several times and uninstalled then reinstalled app in attempt to fix before manually typing in username and password. The other issues are asthetics and other minor things like not having the photo scan for credit cards and whatnot.

It serves the most basic function. It is a little upsetting that I can't order extra sauce cups anywhere. The lasagna pizza is missing it's description, many items don't allow extra cheese or don't list all of the toppings. I do appreciate the fact that if I call to add the extra sauces it is a seamless process.
