App needs a few fixes first is an option 2 set the default flash setting for pictures second Signature field on pickups is way too small need option to full screen it until phone is turned vertical last the login length is infuriating short please make option for biometric login or leave me logged in

Still needs a way to remain logged in for more than a few hours and to make it so images taken in the app aren't saved to the device Edit: 3 months later. We get an update yet ALL PICTURES ARE STILL SAVING TO OUR DEVICES. FIX THIS PLEASE. It's now September and the app developers have yet to reapond to multiple emails regarding this issue. I'd rather just fill out the old paperwork like we did for years because we didn't have to rely on a 3rd party app developer that refuses to respond.

Can we please get the issue of ot deleting info before we are able to submit it as picked up. Its so annoying to have to do this twice not to mention a waste of my time. This isn't phone related as Ive jad 3 different phone all with the same issue this happens to all my co-workers as wellas other driver's put of different yards. Please get this foxed

Constantly logs you off constantly tells you that you don't have any loads when you do take pictures and it doesn't show you did it this stuff happens all the time very frustrating and no one will help hate this app its terrible and the credit card doesn't work sometimes either all this does is tie up the driver makes our days longer n longer the longer that you do a job the easier it is supposed to be but with this it gets worse every day

After using this app for years it is hands down the most glitch ridden app on the planet! Fix it IAA, so your tow operators don't have to constantly pull their hair out! Every other Towing related app I use is problem free except this one and they have had years to fix it, there is no excuse fix it!

App logs you out 4 times a day. Very annoying. Over kill on security. App has 0 information to steal. You must press a button 5 times to take one photo. You must take 6 photos of each vehicle plus one of the receipt. That's 35 times to take 7 photos. Nice work.

When taking pictures of the vehicles, the camera glitches out constantly. I have to keep taking the same picture 4 or 5 times for it to accept it. Then look back in my stored pictures and several pictures are saved to my phone of the vehicle. The camera feature needs work!

The recent update messed up the map. You used to be able it hit the address and it pulled it right up on Google maps. Now it tries to pull up all the information plus the address ex. Customer's Name and address and has no matches on Google maps. Now you have to manually enter every address into Google maps very annoying
