When the app works it works well. Occasionally it will take a long time to load and will wipe my favourites and photos for each item (Happens once every month or so). It also does not like to be left open and quick resumed and must be closed and re-opened each time. I don't mind the closing and re-opening but the resetting of my favourites and order of icons is really annoying.

The update released on 21/05/2024 broke alot of the functionality. The shortcut no longer works for doors, only on outputs. The widget always requires sign in and hitting refresh, which takes way too long. Even on the iPhone app, all the shortcuts now show an error message.

Love the app and have been using it a lot. I have recently updated to the Galaxy Watch 3 though and the SkyCommand watch app is no longer available. It was for my previous galaxy watch. Is there a plan to make it available again? I used the watch app extensively and miss it greatly.

Widgets broken. App doesn't log in without forcing refresh. Minimal customisation, would be nice if items didn't default as expanded as this prevents certain automation from activating correctly.

Worked well until the recent update - now getting error message and can't control the alarm from the App anymore. Message: Failed getting entities.

Latest Android version doesn't work. Had to uninstall and side load previous version. Poor work by Inner Range.

Very good apps. Can remote programming panel at the touch of my phone. So i throw away my pc and laptop.
