Notre équipe est reconnaissante pour tous les commentaires et e-mails qui ont été envoyés pour nous aider à améliorer cette application pendant la pandémie. La communauté critique est très amusante. Il y a eu beaucoup de changements dans Critical, mais c'est de loin le plus important à ce jour. Pendant ce temps, nous avons procédé à une refonte complète de l'interface utilisateur de l'application pour la rendre encore meilleure pour les utilisateurs. Voici quelques-unes des choses que l'équipe a faites en fonction de vos commentaires.Belle version IPAD, super sur l'iPad mini. Des bugs ont été corrigés dans cette nouvelle version (30). La section 02 pour le réservoir EC135 a été mise à jour pour les corriger. La possibilité de modifier le facteur de conversion. Ajout du Bell 407 à la liste. Partout dans l'application, il existe de nouvelles calculatrices et mises en page que vous pouvez utiliser. La section Peds a ajouté un widget amusant qui vous aide à faire la RCR. De plus, l'interface utilisateur de l'application s'est améliorée. Cela inclut la page ABG, le goutte à goutte (les modifications de l'interface utilisateur des gouttes indiquent le temps qu'il faudra pour exécuter la prochaine dose), la pharmacologie (personnalisation) et bien plus encore. Les calculs ont maintenant RSBI et BMI ajoutés. Changements d'animation plus fluides. Bien sûr, il y aura des améliorations de vitesse, des modifications majeures de l'interface utilisateur, de petites corrections de bugs et plus encore !

It won't save a calculator as a favorite. It's REALLY annoying to have to accept the disclaimer before accessing the app EVERY time-ESPECIALLY when in a hurry. Would be nice to add a dose calculator that is accessible direct from every weight based dose med (eg if I'm looking up Norepi..the dose calculator would be at the bottom with the weight based dose already set - all I need to do is input pt weight).

Ground critical care transport & fixed wing flight nurse. The app has excellent features, but 2 big issues keep me from giving it 5 starts. 1) The app only works with an internet connection. I can't get an internet connection at 40,000 feet, so the app is essentially useless in any environment with spotty to no internet service. I'd much rather see a product that can operate 100% without internet. 2) The critical care drip calculator user interface is wonky-the cursor isn't visible when entering

It is a good idea in principle, but none of the weight-dependent doses update for any change in reported weight. Several of the clinical info pages are incomplete, and those that do have info have several typos. A lot of work has been put into the design of the app, but the animations are over-performative without adding any benefit to use. The same effort needs to be put into clinical facets as was to design aspects.

I can't change the dosage in RSI. I set the dose and hit update and it goes back to what it was. * so this is an update from my original post. I initially had an issue with updating my med dosages. I contacted the developers and they were great about emailing me back and ultimately fixed the issue. Then I had another issue with the new favorites tab, wrote them and they had an update the next day. Very, very pleased with the app and how my issue was handled and fixed. 5 ☆'s

Slider for changing dosages keeps the ".5" and never zeros. Example 1.5, 2.5, 3.5.... not 1, 2, 3... I'm using Android latest OS as of today, 11/14/2021, & when you place cursor in dose area to type the original dose stays there so you can't see what you're typing until you hit done. You have to count the number of characters so if it's set at 0.5 you have to hit delete key 3 times (but nothing on screen changes) then type in desired dose (but nothing changes) then advance 2 C changes.

Best App on the market! This helps with calcs, great refreshers, breaks everything down, overall 10/10. Only thing I wish you would add is IBW calculator. It's super easy to get, but it would be awesome to double check, you know how it is at 2am!

Problems. For example: Heparin is units/hr, with NO option of units/kg/hr. Also, there is s field for kg, you can edit that field and change the kg, but if you delete that field, you can't add anything. Glitchy and buggy. And strange

I gave 4 star rating and would like to give 5 star rating but you need to fix some issues.Un able modify small weight like 1.2kg etc,if you fix this on android version it would be better for everyone and we will be happy. Hopefully you will respond soon and fix this issue as soon as possible.
