I used this app and made a payment to another bank of my own, but I did not receive the payment even though it took 24 hours. I called the hotline several times. Despite being on the call for hours and hours, no solution has been given. Not a single responsible manager is looking for our money. Think carefully before using this irresponsible app..🤬🤬

Dont use this app. My mother in hospital. She want to get some medicine. So i transferred 20000 to her. But payment not success. Its my last 20000. I had pay same account already but this time payment pending more than 1Hour. They not return my money. Dont use this app. 100% not trusted

Have been using ipay for years, without any issues and was very easy to use. But with the recent update, app is too slow and it takes so much time load even to the home screen. Honestly I think the older version is much more simple and reliable to use. Hope the team will take measures on this and fix it soon.

when I try to add the card or bank accounts then it says "this is already associated" why is that. Please developers, fix these bugs ASAP..(but i rate 5 star)

This app used to be the best. I have used it for many years. Still I cannot get rid of that. But now it always trying to get uninstalled from my device because it isnt working properly after the latest update. When I am gonn pay it says like "Cannot Pay, No cards/bank accounts associated" but then when I try to add the card or bank accounts then it says "this is already associated" what nonsense is that. Please developers, fix these bugs ASAP. Cuz I want to use this app.
