Absolute garbage. Everything about Unity is garbage. I've never had to deal with service that was this bad. My phone was unlocked when I brought it but anything that uses internet is unbelievably slow so I've been trying to switch back to my previous carrier. But even though this phone was compatible with the network then, they say it's not now.

Took me 2 months to get the sim chip that allowed me to keep my old phone number and the tablet that I got from them is next to worthless! Every day sitting at the same spot my 5 yr. old android connects to wi fi effortlessly. But! The tablet will not. I have to go into the settings and manualy connect and it is always dropping the signal. The worst part is I have to keep switching out the sim card from the phone to the tablet. Why couldn't they have sent one gor each! I hate this service!

Great app and does what it says on the tin without draining the battery too much. Would be nice though if you could prevent it from forwarding call to your mobile voicemail if not answered though. Becoming a little annoying that people who call my desk phone get my mobile voicemail which in turn gives out my private mobile number.

They won't respond back to you or replace a non-working phone that they sent me!! Now I am with Safe Link Wireless and Safe Link Wireless is a much better place now I had this phone for 3 or 4 months and I have not had any problems with it, the Safe Link Wireless phone!!

Had a real hard time installing on my byop but unity wireless said it was outdated and made damn sure that I got service active and said they would send me a new compatible phone since they made the mistake of saying minev was compatible .thanks unity. When the new I phone arrives I'll give 5 stars

Nice people but they obviously have no idea what the definition of the term UNLIMITED means. I am disabled, as is my husband. Paid taxes for years while working, and didn't mind helping out the poor and disabled. Now all we get is VERY LIMITED wireless to shop, communicate, and this crazy app wants our SERVER ADDRESS to even register? Please fix your stupid app soon. I'm deleting it until you fix it. I'll be checking for these updates before I move to a new company.

I was applying for a tablet, I wasn't looking to change service carriers. I have no service from y home at all, and I can't even open the Play Store app half the time with "service".

I cannot sign in. It keeps saying unable to connect to branding server address. I put in sim card and cannot make or receive calls. Please help! Thank you.
