After recent update it stop working like it use to !!! It would be awesome that when a load is booked the system would remove it from the board,I know that agent should remove it but some don't. Lately the app has been crashing a lot when trying to find a load . You try tu put you trailer type and it won't let you it would say error. If you'll can make it to where it would remove loads that have been booked automatically, that would be AWESOME.

When it's actually working, it's a pretty good app. Not perfect, but 4 stars. Problem is, when it has server connectivity problems, it often lasts for days or over a week, and it's very hard to use when it won't connect. I've missed out on many loads because of it. Also, if tech support is needed, good luck. All you can do is open a ticket with a Tier 1 Landstar agent, and they will relay it to the 3rd party that manages this app. They'll never actually speak to or communicate with you.

Everytime I leave on the road it quits working, can't login, it just says there was a problem trying to complete your login request . please try again. If this error continues, please contact Landstar it help desk for support..... So I contacted support and they said they don't know anything about the app but we'll make a report for repair,... Thank you for the response and whatever you did to fix the app because it's working again I have moved my review to 3 stars and we'll see what happens..

can't change info manually through the app for load preferences, even after update on 2.6.2025. last last 3 updates have been yeah and need to go back to app setup for early 2024 then try again. the updates that started grouping similar load is when my issues began.

It's a great app. I use it daily but there's still room for improvement: Two things that should be required to be posted by the agents are ACTUAL commodity OR shipper/receiver name. Also, some agents spam the board with many postings of the same load which makes searching more difficult. Agents should also be required to remove a posting once it has been covered. Many days I have made countless phone calls and every single load I called on was covered already. Frustrating.

EDIT: uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the fuel-discounts issue, but load search still shows loads that do not fit my saved search criteria. --- June 24th update broke the app. Doesn't show Landstar fuel discounts (even after logging out and back in), and new load search ignores filters. Please roll back!

Pop up notifications don't work. I don't have a clue has to why. You will definitely miss loads waiting for it to work. ****update its the push notifications that doesn't work***

The updates suck, there's no when they wer last updated
