Downloaded app, made online account and signed up. Then when I went to login to app using email, it emails a code and the code doesn't working saying "Internal Error"? No support contact either.

The only reason I tried it: they promised call recording high quality. Well, it's not. I don't even understand why a voice call has to be recorded in an mp4 video file. I thought high quality would be flac or at least 320kb mp3. Tried all settings. There are much, much better applications than this.

The calls are not getting logged!!! Initially it was fine, but lately, not logging anything!!! Waste of time... uninstalling and installing every now and then, as its mandatory for us to keep the app anyway. For not its kind of useless!!!

Tell me one single useful thing about this app as a user. Hangs after every call, constantly we have to uninstall and install again. Not logging the calls. Not making the work easy. Instead consuming a hell lot of time. It only resulted in making me less productive in my work !! Kindly think twice about the performance before applying such restrictions on employees.

Good concept. Still buggy. Doesn't open correctly when tapping the notifications. Hangs when "starting Salestrail engine". Doesn't copy contact info from contacts on phone to salestrail. Can't get to sync emails.
A Google user
I have been using the app for about a month bow and I'm very happy with it! It could be great If I could create and update my SF opportunities as well. Anyway, I got it mainly for logging in calls and caller ID to Salesforce and it functions much better than other apps I've tried before. The main benefit it that all calls are being logged in to Salesforce without me opening the app.

The app is good but once a day it stops working and even after collapsing it, it doesn't work. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work again.

This App couldn't be more bad. Have to unistall and re-install this app 3-4 times everyday. Just makes a simple task more difficult. Damn irritating. Usless App. Waste of your productive time working with this app.
