Absolutely terrible! The original app was working just fine. In the new app, we can't find orders if they are LPR. Half the accounts we mark and do pictures on still show in the to-do list. Please fix this! Some of these problems could cause serious issues, i.e. wrongful repos, non-compliant in reporting, etc. This could cost companies clients and money!

This app is a pile of garbage. Literally the worst app I've had to use involving the repossession industry. Half of the time the app will not load. The other half of the time it's extremely slow and greatly decreases my productivity. As agents in the field we do not have time to "contact support" repeatedly to fix what should have been done before rollout.

Terrible. I don't need another map to look at to recover vehicles. This makes 4 maps to look for orders on. We logged in and now the old rcm app doesn't work. The new one does have any orders. So now we can't pick up any rcm accounts. This app is another waste of time and lost revenue.

The picture taking is redundant. You're forced to take duplicate pictures while trying to complete the recovery process. Also, it demands interior pictures after you click the tab stating you don't have access to the interior. The app needs improvement.

I hate that I have to use this app almost everyday and it rarely ever works . It will just stay on the log in screen just loading forever. Then just end up causing a bunch of other issues in the long run..

Come on with app already. You make a ton of money off this junk app and it never works properly. OUR MONEY is what pays for this FIX IT ALREADY. Or scrap it, it's getting old having to pay for something that does not work for more than 10 mins properly.

Congratulations, you are about to be ripped off by an app that cost an obnoxious amount of money to do the following; 1) not load your assignments anymore, this includes in the app or the website 2) have a lay out that a 3 year old could of designed better 3) pointless updates that make the app worse than before Whoever designed this app really should be embarrassed of themselves and find a new job.

Honestly it's better than the last RC mobile app that was absolute trash.. I hope MBSI reads these reviews and listens to the actual people using this app.
