Frequently crashed and not smooth at most of the time. Bit it is usefull to check your bill xD

Cannot see the details by day or by month. The proposed range of date to check the daily consumption is 2017 and then the last payment is in 2019. Only the history is correct. I already cleaned the memories and re install the app, but the bug is still remaining. Thanks to advice

Doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall, same. Stuck in a loop. I'm afraid clearing cache or all data didn't change anything.

Hello. This app is nice when it works. I encounter the same problem as many people. It works just once ! The first time we sign in and add account number. And second time it loops. Reinstall app, sign in it loops. So It could be a problem with the account number. I removed the account number on the website, TNB portal, open the app, and It works once again :), but only once !

Can't use your app on my new phone Galaxy Flip 5, it goes into continous loop to the Welcome Screen. Previously with my Galaxy worked fine and now i have to still use the old phone (Galaxy) to continue using TNB on app. Meanwhile for Air Selangor, it works seamlessly on my new phone. This problem been going on for a long time now for myTNB. If you guys really serious on getting people to use your app, please fix it soon. Thanks.

Worked once and now it's impossible to launch the application even when I tried every advice I could find on the comments.

The latest patch brings me to the loop of welcome screen; even updating the app I am still in the loop. After one month, same problem persists. This is terrible.
