Worst experience ever using this app. Automatically it is getting logged out and upon logging in again it's continuously buffering. User interface is very bad. Now I am unable to view remaining balance and current consumption as scree is totally blank and buffering.

After 1 month of uses the aap the app doesn't show the today consumption and time how many energy I have use I really unsatisfied with the aap because he didn't get any consumption detail that day I have used unit it shows the next day. What's this ? I really unsatisfied with this app. I do recharge but the line comes in 30 minutes ,so my house is no light in 30 minutes I have paid amount and I have balance but why he sent me many time sms?

Hi, I am very impressed with its performance. The interface is intuitive, and the features are both efficient and user-friendly. But I am unable to find or download a PDF version of my electricity bill through the app. Having this feature would greatly enhance the convenience of managing my billing records. Could you please consider adding this functionality in a future update? It would be greatly appreciated.

Feedback::: Many times occur this kind of issue please increase pipeline connection load capacity according to traffic load ""Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached""

This app keeps loading. After shifting to prepaid meter, recharge from 3rd party apps not crediting & only recharge from this app only succeed. My 2 3rd party recharge of total rs.600 stuck & even after complaining multiple times issue not resolved. This app need improvements & please fix the third party recharge problem.

It's runs very slow pl make it faster and needs add few more features or make it more smarter. At present its work's like smart meter ka slow or worst app.

Worst application i ever used.apps developer ne ganja mar k application banaya hai,iss achha apps to 10 sal ka bachha bna de.not showing anything like how much amount is remain in my account, consumption details and even recharge options... loading and loading from 2 hr Please resolve the problem or remove this application from play store.... Digital bihar banege,ek achha application nhi bna sate 😡

Electricity consumption loads are not changed with the change of loads ,This aaps count maximum loads out of any time, and fix this in their memory and as according the Electricity bills count or measure maximum with respect to the real value of current loads...this is big drawback or disadvantage at present as I notificat in few months. Due this reason showing high bills ...
