This app owes me a $120! If I could give zero stars I would. I put the amount for my week on my account through the app.And when I get to the clinic they say it's not on my account.Although I can clearly show the charge on my bank transaction history. So I had to pay again with my actual card.Meaning that I paid twice for the same week! This app is horrible! And I do actually have 2 separate $120 charges for the same day. You would think I'd be refunded!!!

Getting really pissed off with this app. Why do they tell you to SIGN IN WITH EMAIL and PASSWORD, then it says "A PASSWORD WILL BE SENT TO YOUR PHONE" But when l proceed to my messages to retrieve the code, it goes back to the sign in page, and it never accepts the code?? So if this issue is resolved then l will change my review to 5 stars.

Best app for methadone clinics it's fast never had a problem with it I've had it for almost a year.

This app works most of the time with minimal issues. If I use it to check in to my clinic and then watch YouTube or make a phone call while I wait in line after I go back to the app it will not bring up the same info i had before. I'll have to hit the 'check in' or 'queue wait time' button again to bring back my info. Slightly annoying.. otherwise it's a good app and it's easy to bypass the location requirements for some clinics.

EDIT: Originally a one star review, changed to four stars as the problem was corrected. As the fault could be either the app itself or the facility I use, I've ignored it for this review. The app is pretty basic. Does it's job, and does make it easier to know your place in line, any tests needed, any appointments, and other issues. Not always accurate, but functional and mostly convenient.

This is probably the worst system I have ever experienced. I've been going to the quad county clinic for over a year and everytime I come, I leave within 10 minutes. With this new system, it takes an hour or more and the building is always full of people who also can barely hear the voice that calls out the numbers.. you cannot hear the voice , you cannot see the numbers on the screen at all. They're too small to read.thr estimated time on the app is WAY off. Terrible system. Hate it.

So much better than the wrapping of individuals around the building!!! It's not perfect but it's a great idea and just needs a bit more creativity to really assist businesses or any place with a lot of customers, clients, junkie's, addicts, etc!!! But for the most part it's pretty awesome if you ask me and much more organized and calmer!! Thanks to whomever did so!!!

Great job and it works. The app is free and it saves a lot of time and allows us to check in ourselves as soon as we're within 175 feet of the dosing window so it is fair. The only down side to the app is the people who don't use the app have to check in with receptionist which sometimes takes longer and they complain and some of the receptionist's even complain too when they should be glad that it helps move the line faster.
