After the update it was a more smoother ordering experience. Most times part way through the order it would refresh and you would have to start over. Then after paying, some times it wouldn't process. This is better.

Always gets my online order wrong, and/or missing paid for add on ingredients. Drive thru is always great, but I won't be using the app anymore.

The burritos here are truly exceptional and are widely regarded as the best in town. I highly recommend trying them. The burgers are also excellent and the fries are quite good as well.

I just picked up my order. I ordered a lotaburger plain and dry with bacon and an extra party. I got a lotaburger with everything on it, one patty, no bacon. The 2nd was a NM style with no tomatoes, got another regular lotaburger with everything on it, one patty. Both burgers are wrong. Then when I called in, no one answered. I stayed on hold until the recording stopped replaying and it was just a beep. The morning crew at this location does great but the evening crew just doesn't care.

Every time I've ordered, I've gotten my food. There's no issue there. The drinks however I don't get. I've ordered coffee and an orange juice with my orders, and I don't get those drinks. I understand short staffed and busy times I genuinely do. This isn't the first time, and it's incredibly frustrating when you pay $20+ and change for drinks and food and just get food. I'm not thrilled with this one bit.

Can't even sign up. At the password screen the message just says "6 characters" for both fields. If it's less than six, it will say it's too short, but no combination of anything else would it let me register, not with numbers, symbols, caps, nothing. It only said "6 characters" and wouldn't let me register.

Very happy with being able to place your order ahead of time. I have been doing the online ordering, but this is definitely so much better. I would like possibly to be able to see a easy hashbrown option on the breakfast burritos and maybe some more flexibility with the pick up time. Besides this I highly recommend it.

This app is completely broken and refuses any order I try to make. Giving different error codes each time including "insert valid email address" and "invalid authentication token". And this was even after working through the app telling me there were no Blakes in Albuquerque...
