I used to use Point Pick a lot. I did have a lot of the same struggles that others had. As of the past week, I have been trying to get logged in and I can't. I have tried to reach out to them and no response back. I am beyond frustrated because it says it is unable to log into the server. It doesn't matter if I am using my wifi or my data on my cell phone. It doesn't matter if I try to sign in as an existing user or even the option for forgot password. I can't get any help on this issue.

I'd like to sign up, but it doesn't even allow me to use my address despite pasting it right from Google maps as suggested on their site. I saw issues in other reviews, but didn't expect to have issues off the bat while trying to sign up. There's something terribly wrong with a site if someone has to open a ticket or bother support just to simply register their address. I've never experienced an issue this early with an app. Unbelievable..

Update: The app is still useless... The app has only gotten worse. I mean it was decent years ago, but now it's hard to even get the app to login without a random error code. Currently it says it can't log me back in due to "the app cannot connect to internet" which is dumb because I have fast speed internet on wifi and my phone, neither work to connect apparently. The update is completely useless as well.

I signed up and have done all of about 3 orders I think. People seem to pick the orders quick as they come. Like I get a notification, click immediately and it's gone. Early morning it used to not be so bad. But now it seems impossible. I don't even know how they can click it so fast. I've had the app open and clicked as soon as it pops up and still miss out. Doesn't matter if I'm on WiFi or my provider. I can't get in the app fast enough. Something has to change...I just have no idea what.

I have to say this app is great. The only issue is that the app has trouble finalizing the order. It can take a while. I have deleted the cache and forced the app, I just wish it could complete the order after I submit it without having to do it so many times. I have contacted support throughout the troubles of the app failing, and they have always helped me. Could it be the servers ? But overall, I love point pick up.

The app functionality itself is good. My issue with it, is that if there are multiple orders at the same store, scheduled for pickup at the same time, the app doesn't allow me to accept more than one. This actually makes delivering through this app not actually worth it, because I wind up earning less than minimum wage, and that's before deducting mileage, maintenance, and wear and tear on my car. If you could change that. So I can do multiple orders at once, I'd give you 5 stars for sure.

I've been doing this app for a year. When I started, it was easy to use, i made double the money from my previous job, and the ability to communicate was not ideal, but available. Changes to the whole process has crippled my ability to earn a full paycheck exclusively thru this app. I can no longer communicate issues to customer service and they do not make a habit of reaching out to you. You wait on average 20 minutes, in people's driveway, for help. If you're not a vet driver, don't do this.

They pay pretty good it seems like a real good idea but when I get to the customer's house I try to call and the phone reverses and calls me back. Nobody answers then when I answer the phone and nobody's there. I do not see the text button to text. Texting would be adequate but it's not even there. I've been a doordasher for a year and my phone calls and texts go through just fine on my phone. Something's up with this app it could be a good thing but they really do need live support.
