It won't load. Says,it's sending info to my email but that never happens. And we pay SO MUCH!

SUCKS! Just spent a while setting it up, answering security questions, etc., and now it won't let me sign in. Keeps saying "There was an issue processing your request." (I think it's called incompetence.) The "Need Help Logging In" function says it has no security questions on file, which is bullcrap. My power is out for almost a day from the hurricane, and the PSEG website spews different, random ETAs re: power restoration. I hoped the app would give better info. What a waste of time.

On more than one occasion, I've tried to make a payment and after clicking pay, it takes me back to the homescreen and doesn't say if the payment went through. Another time, I was charged twice. I guess the second payment rolled over into the next month but I wasn't happy about that. And now, one of my bank accounts has disappeared from the payment method list. The account works just fine and when I tried to add it back in, there is no option to do so. I gave up on the app entirely.

You get way more detailed information from the website. I don't know why I can't see my energy bank, my useage by hour like on the website. I recently switched to time of use so I'm interested to see how it goes without waiting for my bill but the app only supports daily. Website has that information but logging in is a pain with the are you human check there every time.

3.5 stars. Glad I can view my balance and bills and now schedule payments. However, when I schedule to pay on the due date, it says that I cannot schedule a payment after my due date. So I had to schedule it the day prior. That needs to be fixed. Other bug fixes have improved interface and I'm happy it has fingerprint authentication. Still needs improvement.

The app is easy to use and has great features. Like an outage map and report an outage. I had to use the report an outage feature and was very surprised how interactive it was. I got a phone call from a real person who told me what was going on and the expected time it would take to get the power back on. Fyi. It was quicker than they said. Great job to the road crew. Great app

This app has not supported the latest Android updates (plural). I cannot log in via the app. It force closes after credentials are entered. This is coming from a basic Android Pixel 6a. This has been an issue for at least 6 months. That is it.

Powers out for days now. Cant log into app with all my correct credentials. We never lost power due to the storm. We had a tree down in Waltess Estates Park that also fell onto Richard Ave in Ronkonkoma. Crews came on Thursday, shut the power off at 6:38 pm to safely cut the tree apart and leave it for future pick up. We assume they would turn the power on within 30 minutes or so. NOTHING! On the map it shows were out & pending investigation.Today map shows were on, But we have NO POWER !!!
