I love Dairy Queen but the app is barely functional and might actually be a scam. They give you only 30 minutes to redeem an offer (literally no other fast food app does this) then lock you out with "oh, I'm sorry, this location just happens to not be accepting orders right now!" until the timer is up. Every single time. ALL other fast food places are easier to order from. Since I started using these apps I find myself bothering with DQ a lot less. I want the food but they don't want my money.

The app works well enough. (1)the only issues I have with it stem from not being able to turn in all my receipts to earn spoons I eat at these restaurants daily and that's just frustrating. (2)If you have two redeems you can't any more, I can only use at there restaurant so there shouldn't be a limit. (3) I can't order anything to pickup there is no option!

I like Dairy Queen, but this app is HORRIBLE. It's not intuitive at all, and the blizzards don't even have descriptions or pictures. The worst part is you have to go through a maze of screens to just see the menu! Really, if you try ordering with any of the buttons you can find, it ONLY lets you do delivery. "We make it easier than anyone to do delivery." I don't WANT delivery, I just want to SEE THE MENU. Let me Know What You SERVE! It doesn't even have everything the actual menu has on it.

Super easy to use the reward system. Not tried ordering in the app yet, as I walk everywhere and have no need to order to go. Noticed the online ordering is also rather slow, as I have to wait several seconds for things to load... not sure why. Otherwise, the app is great :D

The app itself is very buggy and you have to jump through hoops to order from my closest location. When you finally do get into the online ordering, the menu is never accurate for our location. It has some of the basics, but no limited time menu choices. The blizzard menu features flavors that are no longer available and never features the seasonal flavors. It is just very frustrating.

The app is buggy & makes ordering online difficult & frustrating. Interface is clunky and dated. If you hit "reset" or "reload" on the ordering screen when trying to put in your location, the app freezes up so you have to force restart & possibly get logged out in the process. After selecting your location, & hitting order to the top or right of your location, you'll just be faced with the screen that says "Nobody but DQ makes delivery or pickup this easy." How ironic. Whataburger it is then.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I do like the app for the coupons and the rewards. But online ordering is useless. Apparently it does not go through to the restaurant. The past 2 times, the restaurant will apologize and quickly complete my order but advised that orders rarely go through their system. Took off the rest of the stars. Apparently, restaurants cannot accept certain coupons even though it's showing on the app to be redeemed. Going to delete app.

I love DQ and the notifications that I receive. However, sometimes I have a hard time placing an order. The last time I had a time out error when I was trying to login with Google and it wouldn't allow me to correct it or refresh the page. Very frustrating. Wanted to save some time by paying in advance and so the order would be ready by the time I arrived. Instead, had to order through the drive thru and wait in the long line. Some features need to be updated.
