1. There are 2 options to make payment to the book ordered, either to reload the ewallet Qbayar with FPX, or direct pay with FPX. So what is the point to reload ewallet? As anyway you will pay with FPX... I really don't understand the logic. 2. Every time you close the app you will lost the purchase info that kept in cart and need redo. This is really waste of time and difficult to order books through this app. This is the most lousy apps ever seen...

Not user friendly at all. Very difficult to use. Don't understand why the school canteen need to use the app. They can use something more user friendly.

Annoying app. If not because of the school sending notice through this app, I will never keep this app. It keeps sending notification at 11pm+ for the same message. NON-STOP notifications for the same message. If your developer is performing upgrades and any further development, please remove the push notification feature first. I am not interested with your testing process, especially at this hour!!!

Unable to reload my kids prepaid card the whole day which causes my kid to unable to purchase his meal. Request for technical support but very slow. Mention problem solve but still unable to topup. Unreliable app

1. I have security concern for this apps as it can access user phone info (contact, email, photos & location track). May i know why? This apps suppose to get info updates from school only. 2. The apps is unstable. It will stop functioning during navigation & it will prompt restart. Hope can improve above concern. Thanks

Informed me wrong password input although I'm sure using the same old password and blocked me. And I NEVER received the OTP to reset my password no matter how many times I tried. Pretty bad. Update on 8/Nov Problem solved after updated with the latest version. Thanks for the effort.

Unable to make PAYMENT for food ordering using FPX via CIMB Clicks. After 1Cube redirecting to Clicks FPX login page, the page doesn't allow me to enter special characters for login credential. This problem doesn't happen when paying other merchants via Cimb Clicks FPX. This goes against the purpose of an online apps that supposed to gv convenience.

System is kinda stupid, tried to order food, some already got "1" item inside, and then some item u ordered 1 time, it appeared 2 quantity, then when u click back wanted to edit, it exit to main menu and u have to reorder the whole thing again! Bloody frustrating!!!
