I've had a great experience with Qwili, but I'm now appalled. I've made a great deal of profit in the past and I've lost tons of money along the way due to used/invalid betting vouchers ( hollytopup and Betway) I've been sold. But the greatest disappointment came on 7 June when they introduced the CONVENIENCE FEE, it's driven all my customers away. I, myself no longer use the app as I've now resorted to using my banking app instead because it's cheaper. I must say though, I really loved it here.

It was not useful because I was updating an Qwili app but it is not working, so I lost data and some other apps I deleted to crate space.

I'm very happy and excited with the Qwili app it makes everything simple, it's easy to use even though you logged out it you can simply login fast and even if you have forgotten your pin you can easily reset it by using your selfie security check,and if you are having difficulties doing that it directs you to the agents that are very polite and understanding, everything about Qwili I love it. This Qwili app is a very good app it directs you it's an easy going app

It was easy to download and the customer service is phenomenal. These guys reply almost instantly. There's an option to speak to a human and not that frustrating chat bot. I'm definitely going to use Qwili for purchasing airtime and groceries. I even saw an option to pay my DSTV account as well. How awesome

About the worst app every. The service is disgusting, what the app looks like when you view the help page and click on "Earning points" are two completely different things. The way it shows how point can be earned is a complete lie.

Poor app,it doesn't not have all the features that is supposed to have, like withdraw,spend money,send money, I'm so disappointed,on top of that, the are funds that didn't reflect on the app, since last week Thursday, until today.I want to withdraw money I can't because it doesn't not have that feature, but other Qwili app have. There is no consistency at all.
