As I was waiting for my turn some other staff came and discussed with the X-Ray operator and suddenly both said the X-Ray won't be possible for me today as machine was not functioning properly. In the meantime some other patient ( A lady) was sent inside for the X-Ray. I wanted to highlight this issue of unprofessionalism. During evening hours lots of politics are going around in the diagnostic centre. The staffs are favouring people instead of following systematic numbering process.

No option to book an appointment for a doctor. Appointment slots showing no data found. Extremely poor quality app. Needs immediate work.

Intalled it today on 20th July, 2024. The app is crashing after showing the splash screen. Please fix it at the earliest.

OTP doesn't come via WhatsApp. I am not able to login anyway since I have forgot the password. On clicking forgot password ? link ,it takes me to a page where I need to enter no and otp. The otp never comes. Please provide a different alternative to reset password

Most worst interface. Shuld not be downloaded by any one untill developers improve this app. Shuld not give a single star only ... as it is not diserving that. It shuld be -100 star. Pathatic...
