Too busy. There are way too many things going on when you want to check out such as add this item, how about this, confirm this and confirm location blah blah blah. When I actually got to final check out there was yet another submit button to click. Without clicking that you would think your order was fulfilled but actually nothing happened. That's bad usability design.

Says version 7.0.4, when I load it up, it says 7.1.2. because of this, the app doesn't work. I've reinstalled many times, but cant schedule a order or place an order. Edit: It auto updates from 7.0.4 to 7.1.2 nd there's no way to stop it because it's not from the play store, it updates within the app. Just saw it say the downloaded version, followed by a screen flash and a new build.

I downloaded the app, linked a card and selected the $5 reward for in restaurant purchase, but never received the $5 off. I know the cardI entered is right, because I received the points but never received the $5 off.

Several UI issues plague this app... it refuses to accept my credit card saying the expiration year is invalid. The birthday picker should not include your year of birth, or make it easier to change the year rather than forcing me to go back decades one month at a time. Finally, you cannot do anything at all unless you can get it to accept a payment card... otherwise you are stuck at the "add a card" screen. Very poorly designed.

I am not able to communicate through the app when something is wrong with the order. I need to call the restaurant. The entire idea of app based ordering is that I will not have the hassle of calling a place, reminding someone what my order is etc...

$5 sign up reward is BROKEN! The app has a button to redeem in store and when you do, it breaks and doesn't give you a code! The reward is just eaten up afterwards!!! Fix your app, this is false advertising. Users shouldn't get punished for your buggy app and lose $ value.

Crashes every time I try to edit items in an order. Add on other UI issues others have mentioned make this one of the worst restaurant apps I've ever attempted (unsuccessfully) to use.
