I have been using All Trans Software Mobile for work in the past year or so and never had a problem, but last three days I can't open and it just crashes with white screen. I tried to Uninstall the app and reinstall again but still have the same problem, I can't say it's my phone because all other apps are working fine. I even power off my phone couple times and don't work. I don't know what to do.

Very useful but; 1) The pop-ups are insisting on precise location, and tracking physical activity, EVEN on my PERSONAL phone! Which I use to contact the customers, because; 2) app does not display the contact numbers, and when you touch and hold, number is displayed so tiny it's obscured by even a small stylus, and I cannot copy or drag it into a messaging app to reach contact!

Love working with this app, for the most part. However 2 things r bothering me a bit. First, the weekly vehicle inspection needs to come after or during ride assignments. Currently, inspections r pretrip n not being completed cuz either it has to b skipped out of necessity to complete a ride or weather, or it is 4:30a.m. n very dark. Secondly, I want to c my accumulated hrs for the week. I m Currently unable to track or tally my total hrs worked. 🙃 Very dependable.

My company has used this app for the last 5+ years. A couple days ago we have been having major issues. When you click on ride a box comes up saying i need to do daily inspection and makes me go back to do that but it has already been done. It does that on every ride we have.

I work for a small company and we use alltrans all the time I have it on my tablet and for some reason today it froze up and kicked me out of my old friends logged me out and everything had to call out my boss. So I logged in on my phone and it worked for about 5 minutes and now I cannot open the app on my phone.

Don't work now that it updated on my galaxy s22+ ultra all I get is a white screen. Tried it on another S22 and samething not compatible with the S22. Thank you for fixing it now works
