What's with not being able to login? Please stop trying to fix something that's not broken. Since the app updated yesterday I didn't think it could get worse then it already was. When scanning a ticket a black box with yellow writing says incorrect or incomplete barcode! Please move your camera until the correct and complete barcode is detected . Once it finally decides to detect the barcode it takes me to the SCEL Coins page where it tells me there is a error . This ticket doesn't qualify.

Keeps crashing and staying open in the background even when I close it on my Android. Very slow to move, sometimes times out, sometimes times out when logging in. I wish there was someone at the lottery place that took this seriously. I wish they had tech support. SCEL doesn't give a damn about their APP or how it is functioning. I have called and emailed numerous times. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I had to upgrade to a new phone....a 2022 Samsung. Same problems.

good app for a start. just hoping a future update to display previous draws like the "Lotto Results" app does. but other than that, its a pretty rounded app. easy to use. no confusion. its simple and easy if your looing for (Current) draws. and please update to where we can scan any scratch tickets to check for winners. that would be cool. I'd even pay for that added feature. i scratch a lot of tickets and usually save the non winners until i get to the store to re check them.

Ugh! Now the SCEL produces a ticket where you can use the app to spin a wheel. Spoiler alert: THE APP CRASHES WHEN YOU TRY THIS FEATURE (Android, not sure about Apple products). Why do users have to log in every time? Annoying! Plus, the app just crashes when you scan your ticket - and of course you have to log in again when that happens. The app may be updated, but it is NOT improved!

I have updated to the latest Android version and it still crashes when scanning tickets for 2nd chance. This has been happening since the new app launched. Any fixes would be good SC Lottery. Very inconvenient to continue to re-login over and over after 1,3, or 5 scans. 01/23/22 rating, this app hasn't been upgraded to accommodate the errors for (submitting 2nd chance non-winning tickets). This is a "deterrent" in my opinion and very inconvenient and time consuming when compared to other states.

I actively used this app for yrs. An update was required in 12/23 and the app has NOT opened since. The app acts like it's opening but then the page freezes and never does. I have had to use SC lotto website to access the info I want. Unable to scan any bar codes there. Uninstalling the app! After 2 months of waiting for app to be fixed & open is way too long. App does not open. Keep reading reviews before you download this app. It used to be cool when it did open but its over now.

The ticket scanner is garbage. The app freezes up and when you scan multiple tickets and they are not the same game it doesn't acknowledge it unless you scan the ticket again. So if the 1st ticket is power all and I didn't win anything they say thanks for playing Powerball. If the 2nd ticket is Mega it scans and says thanks for playing Powerball. It does the same thing the other way around. You could be throwing out a winning ticket if you don't pay attention. You need to fix this ASAP.

Hasn't worked since last update.. I've had it installed for a little over a year & it has never had any problems whatsoever. I could understand if I was using an outdated phone or an obsolete model. However, for the past 18 months, I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. That no choice but to change my previous ☆☆☆☆ rating to a ☆ rating. I will give it ☆☆☆☆ again, once the issue has been fixed. If my concerns haven't been addressed by next week & the problem persists, I will uninstall.
