I depend on this app pretty heavily and have been happy about the conveniences and useful updates. Currently, the teleheath feature in the app and on laptop is not working. Started with the microphone feature malfunctioning.Clients reported the app showed they were muted, but I could hear them. Then the issue was very low volume, it couldn't be turned up. Now, the app on a phone and a laptop jumps+says there is "a bug", won't allow me or my client to be in video or interact at all. Please Fix!!

While I love simple practice in general the app can be a nuisance. I don't have access to some of the things I would use if I was on my computer, like treatment plans, some notes, Etc. The new update defaults to day view of appointments and I preferred viewing clients through the schedule option. These are minor things. All in all, it's a good enough app check my daily appointments in minimal information.

It takes far too long for the engineering team to correct app issues if they even do so. My experiences with your product in the last year have been unsatisfactory, and there is still basic functionality missing from both this app and other areas in spite of numerous user requests including the ability to mark sessions as rescheduled or create progress notes in the mobile app. Please make a better effort to live up to your mission statement and company values.

The app is SO GLITCHY! It wasn't like this previously. Idk what happened. But now I keep running into the issue where it will suddenly say that I have 0 clients and 0 appts, and it won't let me see any of my platform data, even after syncing. I hate that so much. It's extremely frustrating because it interrupts my work flow. And because it is so sudden and random, not only do I not know how to stop it, but I also don't know when to expect it. I really hope that they can fix this issue.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every 2 or three days, and sometimes, twice a day just to get it to work properly. Sometimes it won't make changes on my calendar, and sometimes it shows that I have no clients. I HATE THIS APP, and I feel trapped, because I use the Simple Practice platform for my practice. Horrible, horrible app. I would leave a negative 100 stars if I could.😡

The app is totally useless which basically tracks since the program isn't far from that. Firstly, there is NO way to actually speak to a person, which you'll need because every. Single. Step. Of getting the account set up will require a help ticket. NOTHING works the way they say it will. It has taken me 2 weeks and I'm still not fully set up. I am a tech person so this isn't a user error problem. (Especially since I've stumped the help people and they've had to submit a help ticket each time)

Most recent update stopped showing any appointments or events scheduled from prior to today. I can still view them on my Google calendar and (I assume) on desktop but they don't display in day/month/schedule view, and since that is pretty much the only thing the app could be used for (since I can't read the charts), it's basically worthless now. Googling doesn't show how to fix and I shouldn't have to search for a solution, I'm not beta testing, I'm paying for this failure of a service.

It is very convenient, and saves me from having to log a laptop around. Does most everything I need it to do when away from my desktop computer or away from my laptop. It doesn't always have a completely smooth interface with Android, but I use it frequently and appreciate it. I have come to frequently use the ability to dictate my notes, but this confronts me continuously with just how bad Android's speech to text ability is.
