Le moniteur cardiaque insérable Abbott (ICM) est un appareil à profil mince qui surveille en permanence votre rythme cardiaque et enregistre automatiquement les événements d'intérêt tels que configurés par votre médecin. L'application myMerlin™ transmet de manière sécurisée et proactive des informations selon un calendrier défini par votre médecin. L'interface intuitive et conviviale de l'application vous permet d'enregistrer les événements symptomatiques, de visualiser les transmissions passées et à venir et vous aide à rester en contact avec votre médecin. Cela permet à votre fournisseur de soins de santé d'obtenir plus facilement des informations sur votre rythme cardiaque. Certains modèles d'appareils ICM incluent la possibilité pour les paramètres de surveillance de l'appareil d'être mis à jour à distance par un fournisseur de soins de santé.Cette application ne fonctionnera qu'une fois associée à un moniteur cardiaque insérable Abbott, un dispositif implantable disponible uniquement sur ordonnance.

The app is terrible. The worst of the worst. Cheezy at best, like the first app ever invented. After getting a surgical implant, it would be nice to see the data. Heart rates, etc. ANYTHING! There is no feedback for the patient. Only once a month confirmation your data was uploaded. Half the time you have no idea if your even connected. A fitbit app is better than this thing. Terribly disappointed and expected way more after putting me through this physically.

Old phone died & I had to buy a new phone. turns out, it's not supposed to be compatable with the app (it comes un-paired) but it is. This is the 3rd time. I called and they want to send me a new transmitter. I don't want to HAVE to tote around 2 different devices all the time (to report symptoms). tedious but I unload/then reload and it pairs just fine. The designers could figure out what is causing the problem. & It keeps saying it needs to run in background when it is. moto g stylus 5G - 2024

This app recently updated on my phone without any notification or permission. When it did so, it changed its icon and deleted itself from my phone's home page. At 69 years old, I opened my phone to find a missing icon on my home page which caused a minor panic trying to figure out which icon was missing out of the many apps I have! This took several stressful minutes. Do the developers of this app really think it was a good idea to place stress on people whose hearts are being monitored???!!!

This app updated and it keeps asking me to turn on background data but it is turned on. It is driving me crazy it will not go away. Why do they do updates without letting people know? Not happy at all. Here we go again this app is nothing but trouble. Now it won't let me upload. This is getting old. Had the recorder put in on June 10th and still not working.

This application only gives one the ability to report symptoms. It doesn't tell you what your heart rate is, the incidence of afib, or anything else. Your doctor can see all that but you can't and that is unacceptable to me. I should be able to open the app and see my HR at min. No information is bad enough, but it is also unreliable. I paired it with my device in June and sometime in July it stopped working. When I went to my Doc in August, it hadn't been uploading data for about a month.

Really frustrated! Went to go record heart "problem/issue" I was having only to find out that I had to reset up my entire 'account". Once I reset up my account and was logged back on... its seems there is NO history saved or available. I have a samsung galaxy note 9. Why wasn't there an alert? or something to let me know. Even more frustrating is that no support is available on a Friday Night... I have to wait until Monday! Not good.

New update added icons to status bar and lock screen without my permission. They can't be removed. It now also sends a notification every time I access app to tell me that it is running in background. This notification can not be removed or cleared from screen. No longer tells me date when full download will be performed. New home screen is clunky compared to previous version. From a user view point previous version is better. Give it back.

Before they changed the app from ConfirmRx to MyMerlin, everything was fine. Now I have to charge my phone twice as often because according to my phone this app uses more battery than all of the other apps in my phone combined. I called customer support and the only thing they could recommend was to force close the app in the morning and reopen it in the evening. This app is only supposed to be communicating with my loop recorder for a few minutes each night. It is draining the battery during the day. What is it doing during those times? I can't wait until the battery in my loop recorder runs out so that I can delete this app from my phone.
