Doesn't work. Disabled power saving features in phone global settings and app settings as directed, recording still stopped after around 40 minutes on two attempts. Ring accessory was comfortable to sleep with, company or providers need to offer a loaner recorder unit that 1. actually works and 2. saves log locally so it's not dependent on unreliable ISPs. This is probably run as a subscription service to providers however, so that'll never happen. $$$cam.

Had to go through three other ones before it would even connect, and the reviews have been up for years and simple things not fixed. I wake up and the app shows it's not even recording anymore, go to history and... How long has it been recording for? It's a data entry app, how does it show literally 0 amounts of data. Put how long it recorded for, and that's ignoring how terrible the rest of the software is, this is just not usable in this state

The requirement to not have other Bluetooth devices on and nearby is ridiculous. I have a Bluetooth doorbell & wired speakers. Those are difficult to disconnect. It's silly that I have to close all other apps. What about my blue blocker app? Or any of the other apps that help me sleep. I got a notification at 4pm today that a recording had begun. The device was plugged in at home ten miles away. This is so dumb. They need better developers. Two stars because it worked 1 of 2 nights.

Want to try coding, but have ZERO experience? No problem! SleepImage is now hiring! That, I imagine, was the company's job listing when they started out because this app is a hot, broken mess. If you're very lucky, it will connect once. Twice? No dice. Perpetually hangs at "searching..." And there's no functionality or settings whatsoever. The sleep screen/home screen is more or less a jpeg displaying fake "buttons" to access. It's astonishing that insurance companies pay for this junk.

App did not record entire night. Does not give good feedback to user to tell what was recorded. I sent the sleep u it back and they said it did not have enough data on it. They sent it to me again, recorded more nights on it, sent it back and was told again it only had 25 minutes data saved per night. Total waste of my time. Hopefully I will get a refund for the sleep study.

Terrible Experience. App and Company Device arrive with a black screen of death. Found a charging cord that I had that happened to fit. Who has that kind of cord anymore?!? Seemed to work OK. Looked good. Did everything app said to do. Disconnected all other BT devices. Hit record. Did the usual sleep thing. Woke up. Hit stop. Wouldn't sync. Everything was plugged up. Fought like crazy with it. When it did sync, it was the night before upon set up. Dx is vital and nothing is showing.

This app can't be counted on. Not ideal for a medical device - In the morning there was notification that the app had stopped recording and uploaded the data on its own an hour into the session. - So rather than 9 hours of data for my doctor, there was just 56 minutes. We had to reschedule and redo the entire test - Had to call six times to get through to Support. Big thanks to Bailey for actually trying to help. Update: the second test's data never got through to my doc's computer at all!

Poorly written app that not only requires your device to be connected to the internet throughout the recording even though it claims to upload the data after you stop the recording. Once you get it to do a successful recording overnight, it will then only send short recordings instead of the entire thing. I was careful to follow all the directions and tried in two different android devices. I never got a successful recording sent in even though the app itself says it all worked well.
