Can't find my storage mart location on the app. Asking me to join beta after months of being caught not including all store locations is you being too lazy to program apps.

App doesn't seem to be working. The door access button doesn't work. It doesn't even show when my pins been used in the building. It says there's a payment issue. I went inside the office to get it cleared up and they looked at me like I had three heads. Uninstalling.

I just love my storage mart! Lisa and Mark are always there to help no matter what it is or the time of day. I paid my bill quite late one month and there was a second lock put on until I paid it. I had gone there to my storage and there was a lock on it. I had paid my bill but Mark must have been busy and forgot to take it off. It was after 9pm called customer service and they got in touch with Lisa the property manager. She came out and took off second lock. She didnt mind, now thats service!

Storagemart Carmel Is a beautiful and bright facility and Sunshine the manager is super nice and very helpful. She was so flexible in helping us find a great storage space.
