Doesn't work. At all. Nothing shows up in the different parameters that it's supposed to inform you about. Considering my experience with this company so far, it figures.

Doesn't work! Get better data wetting a rock and setting it in the sun and watching it dry!

The history, might be realistic but the current readings are always off. It'll say exporting in the middle of the night. If I'm using a ton of power on a cloudy day it'll still be exporting. But I also could be using basically no power at all on an extremely sunny day and it'll say for example (producing 5.0kw, using 4.9kw) but I'll look at the meter and it'll be flying backwards. I've called and had tickets in with customer service and IT but they all go unanswered or "no issues found".

Does not work. I open app and it stays stuck at the "Sunnova" orange screen.

First month down. I wish the Solar sales people would be up front about what you're paying for. The PPE contract is a variable billing contract, not a specific amount like the salesperson tells you. But if you look at the credit you get from NVENERGY, it's not so bad. But definitely annoying.

The app was pretty good now I don't know what you did but it appears that I can no longer see my daily production. I used to be able to check throughout the day and see how I was doing hour by hour now it seems to be delayed 48 hours. I can only see as recently as 2 days ago. Come on guys get with the program

On my Sunnova home screen it says 0.0 production. But on the day screen it does show production, outside on the Inverter it shows a green and red light. The power inverter IS new, have also deleted and re installed the app, still showing 0.0 kwh production.

I have not been able to retrieve any data concerning my system for weeks. The app appears to be frozen and unresponsive. I am going to uninstall it and reinstall to see if that fixes the issue. Overall, this app has not been very useful from the start of using it. I also find it interesting that I somehow, according to the app, when it works, always use the same amount of energy that I produce every month.
