I was told by someone that I should be using the mobile app while out in the field. So I decided to try it. I took 47 photos, used speak to text to label them. Did my sketch, and saved and closed the app so that I could do my line items at home on my PC. Once home I released ownership, and it deleted EVERY SINGLE PHOTO I took within the app. Their support tech told me there is no way to get them back now because the app didn't "save them properly" to the server. I'll stick with Xactimate.....

This app is utterly useless in the field. They don't even have the camera feature figured out to use in the field, let alone creating diagrams or writing an estimate....not to mention how often it crashes and how long it takes to open a file (even with an excellent signal or wifi)

Great estimating software, we really like there billing options, pay as you go based on ones usage. They appear to be adding more visual references to help in the description of each line item.

Locks up half the time leaving the "claim shell" locked on your phone so then you can't work on that file. Its S L O WWWWwwwwwww. In the time it takes to open a claim you could turn on your laptop, eat lunch, check your voicemail only to receive "error message. App is worthless
