The introduction of this app has not improved food ordering one bit. In fact, it has introduced unnecessary steps and delay in the workflow and made it slower than manual ordering, especially in peak lunch hours. It feels as if the developers have no familiarity at all with the high throughput catering business. The item selection process from the menu is also quite cumbersome if the outlet offers a large number of items. Latest update: 3* to 1* - too much of "Oops! Something has gone wrong."

App has issues Most of the time it will get into javascript error or some other error Additional services of smartq like vending machines doesn't work properly. If there is issue in service after payment is completed they will ask you for 24hours for refund but you will have to keep reminding them repeatedly. Very bad experience.

Refund for an order rejected by the vendor not yet credited. Firstly it was wrong on vendor's part to.display an unavailable item. Additionally the app transaction order history clearly shows payment was made using credit card however the refund status shows the amount source to be PayTM, how is that possible. I want my refund to my original source that is my credit card or reverse the charges ASAP. Also there is no option to raise a ticket or contact support, likely seriously these are basics.

The back button on the homepage is not working. Everything is fine except the back function, and the QR code is somewhat smaller than previously, taking longer to scan. Going back has become a nightmare after the most recent update.

One of the worst app and adds no value. Just intendes to gain permission and pull data and location details. App is buggy and slow. Terrible experience, I'm uninstalling the app and will report the same feedback to our admin team. You designated rep is either not there when we want to pay in cash or never has change available to return. Any reason to why I would want to share my card# / net banking/ UPI/ phone number/ email id with a third party app from Play Store for a cup of tea 😂😂 ??

Too ridged an app. Do not have the flexibility to change your decision/choices. There is no concept of cutoff time. Even by mistake you order you can not change anything even if it defeats the goal to prevent food wastage. Also, they don't have transparency. If you order once they update status as "served" whether it has been served or not.

Seems the app is over engineered. Make it simple like earlier. Avoid unnecessary feedback for ever order. I get frustrated everytime when open the app by seeing feedback popup.

One of the worst experience ever with this app. Tried to add 1000 rs to wallet. Money got deducted from my account but never got added to my wallet. Raised a ticket to get refund. One month has passed since, no sign of refund. Never add money to their wallet, it is not working properly. Only using this app because my organization is forcing me.The customer service is one of the worst in the industry.Seems they don't understand the concept of refund.
