Ever since the update I can't play the game. It just stays on the page with the character with no buttons. Even if I refresh the app & restart my phone & refresh my phone. * reponse: I can't even click on any button because once I do, it just goes to a screen w/ only the character & the background, no buttons. So even if I wanted to message them through there I can't. *Response: updating it worked. I can now play my favorite makeover game again! Thanks for the quick response & fix!

Some pretty things but also pretty much a typical fashion game. Was a bit fun at 1st but then eventually of course there's not enough reward and so then it's not fun any more. I for get what level I was on when I had had enough. I don't remember being bombarded by ads so at least there's that. If one can get past some of the design choices and eventually hard / not as rewarding levels than this is a good game.

Round 291 is stuck on stupid.you can't finish because when it should be done it says you still have multiple characters left. I use points finally to try to finish the game and you can't. You get all the characters, but it says, you still have some left. It's been that way for days and I email support to know avail.

It kicks me out very often during a game. Very annoying... especially if I'm about to win one. The other day i had actually finished a game, went to play the next, and it kicked me out. When i got back in, it had gone back to one i had already won and i had to do it again. The other thing is that as you progress, they obviously ask for more stars for the makeover items. But you only get one star per game won. That alone is frustrating and just takes the fun away from it.

So far it's fun and achievable without having to spend insane amounts of money on it; hopefully that trend continues and it doesn't suddenly become ptw like others have. While the characters and their designs are great, I wish there was more movement besides just Emily's. I also wish there was a larger variety of gameplay and puzzles; it's enjoyable but feels very cookiecutter. Hopefully, updates will bring a whole new esthetic. For reference, see what Yalla Match did.

It's impossible to bind my account through any of the options provided. I contacted customer service over a week ago and have yet to receive a proper response on how to fix this. If I knew there was a chance I could lose all of my progress, I would have never started playing this game to begin with. If customer service responds and helps me fix it, I will delete this bad review. It's been 3 months since my issue and 10 months since the last update. I gave up on the support team and uninstalled.

Great game but I am way past level 100 and I hate that you only get 1 star per level. Create different ways to win stars, increase the number of stars won per level or at least make an option to purchase stars. Also, more diversity in the characters would be great! And a big thank you for NO ADS! Much appreciated.

Not really a bad game, but there's no way to turn off the *constant* prompts, and I uninstalled because of a level I encountered where a woman is FALLING IN AN ELEVATOR, AND YOU HAVE SIXTY GODAMN SECONDS TO MATCH AND SAVE HER. THAT WAS UNSKIPPABLE. AND I GOT NO STARS FROM. I have an anxiety disorder. Maybe I missed something, but I would've loved a godamn warning on that one guys, christ. I was playing this game to calm down from my trash shift and nearly had a nervous breakdown.
