You have changed this app so bad I can't even get into it to refill my plan. The way it is going I will have to change to someone else that can do better. I called customer ser ice and they would call back but they didn't. So this stinks to high Heaven. So if you want my business you need to change it back. Even when I try to put in verification code it won't go in the slots because it is covered up with cancel or apply.

I'm happy with my service the app keeps changing every year but it only takes a few minutes to figure it out they keep hiding the top off or add pin but I've haven't had a problem the Walmart feature I can't get to work but it's what ever the points thing doesn't work either but hey my phone works well and that's what counts

Cannot access my account. I even called customer support and they said they put my number on my account, but I had to verify through the app. It was telling me it was unavailable, call customer support. I was telling them that's what it was saying and they kept telling me I needed to verify it through the app. Either need to fix the app or get more helpful support techs please.

I am not able to access the app. Every time I try logging in it tells me I have the wrong password. So I have to change it. Even then I have to use the website. I have no idea what's going on, but it's a huge hassle to try and do anything with straight talk. P.S. customer support has been contacted multiple times and they tell me to do the same steps every time. Nothing works.

I am leaving Straight talk because they no longer have Hotspot. I barely used it and did on the past before they removed the service. I found another provider and I will be switching. This is ridiculous. The service isn't that great all the time either. My connection is slower than others but "works". No hotspot no customer. As others point out the app is slow and glitchy, I removed it because of that and I made my refills via the phone the day before the time ran out.

worst app ever. crashes constantly. doesn't work 90% of the time. Customer service is very unhelpful and rude. I'm told constantly to buy a new phone and that will make the app work better. My phone is only 2 years old. If your app cannot work on a 2-year old phone your app is garbage.

This app may as well have been designed by a 4 year old. More than half the time you try to make a payment it says the servers are down, and even then the app almost rarely loads the refill section of the page as if they're trying to force you to run out of data and pay more. Not even mentioning the absolutely garbage "coverage" (about as much coverage as a grain of sand).

Won't allow creation of a safe password. Only allows upper/lower case letters, numbers and only a few characters, plus only 13 characters long. should allow longer (21-32 characters) and ALL symbols available on phone's keyboard. The app/website doeesn't need to recognize ANYTHING; it should not know/log what customer passwords are. Should also offer 2FA in app and on website. Edit: Felix, does this mean you'll be fixing this?
