I wanted to book a ticket for me and my grandma . Since she was married in her passport right after her last name was her birthname, so I wasn't sure if I should add it or not. Because the counter clerk at the station won't know the difference and cause unnecessary trouble I wanted to upload a picture of our passports, since in the app it said you would check the details with the passport. But every time I wanted to add a picture (using camera or just choosing a picture ) I got an error that the app lacks permissions. In the android settings I selected all permissions available but still no success :/

Cannot select seats on the app, I was charged on my credit card even though the app said the payment didn't go through, I then went through and payed with PayPal so I have been double charged and when I try to contact no one gets back to me!!! - Refund made, tha k you but the android version of the app does not allow seat selection and contact is still very difficult with you guys

I've never visited China and was so nervous about taking the train and also about booking the tickets on line. I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience! When I had questions, I was able to chat (WeChat) directly with someone. I feel like I already have friends in China! They are the best!

Thank you for providing guidance for taking ticket, boarding train and exiting the railway station. With help of those files it didn't require for me to ask for anyone's help for direction. Also the ticket booking was very fast, easy and convenient.

First time buy ticket for myself quick and fast to got pick up number Second time buying for my friends n his family, dont recieve any email pickup number, but luckly still have seat at the train to catch up flight in hk, complain n full refund in 3 days Need little improve at anounce email for picking, some people think when they receive email number for payment, they think can use for pick up ticket at station

Cannot select passengers, when doing so, I get an error: "please choose at least onepassenger" (sic). Even though, I have created and selected 2 passengers. Using China ticket online website allowed me to get my tickets though
