Not a very good app. I booked 2 rooms for the summer and the bookings disappeared from the "my bookings" tab a few weeks after. I don't know if they'll reappear when it's closer to the date of the bookings, but it feels pretty bad for a booking app to not show your upcoming bookings and have you manually enter the booking information from the confirmation email to confirm that you still have your booking

Useless, I was on the website and created an account and made a booking. Then up the top it says open in app, so I click and download app then log in and it can't find my booking so I have to use the website anyway. Typical dumb computers.

Guys, don't be fooled by this app, they're all scammers, I registered the hotel, but upon arrival at the hotel, they told me they hadn't received the money, but when I call the call center, they say we don't know and hangs up.

The app freezes,crashes and it can't even load my bookings. Thank God for email receipts where I can see my bookings and not have to rely on this app

Booking didn't go through, called and they wanted me to wait 1-2hrs for a call back while I was sitting in the parking lot outside of the hotel. They refused to cancel the booking and refund the money. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING APP!

Do not! Book here.... horrible customer service... and will not tell you the fees they don't pay to seem low price and was slammed with fees when you get to the hotel. It's false advertisement... they say Taxes and fees when you check out that you believe you paid and the hotel told us the ly don't pay them ... we were scammed by Traveluro...

Once upon a time, it worked! Now, it is the worst travel app in the universe. The rate I recently chose for a luxury was booked at hundreds of dollars more. Fortunately, I had a screen shot of what I had selected. Was Traveluro helpful? Not at all as it proved impossible to reach them by phone or email. My credit card company was happy to take it on. Do NOT use this app.

I'm deleting this app after rating it. I tried to contact Traveluro by phone to adjust me reservation (needed to add another night to my booking). Every time I chose option 2 from the voice-mail menu, after a typical "your call is important to us...a representative will be right with you", the call dropped. Horrible customer service. I'm done with Traveluro. Better to book directly through the hotel.
