This is my first experience driving Tribecar(Van). There was some difficulty when i tried to make a booking as the system kept prompting that i keyed in the wrong password; which i actually keyed in my correct password. The rate & condition of the van are pretty good.

Super terrible car rental co. Do a favour to help them change a faulty wiper, went for several petrol station finally found a match viper. End up impose a compound to me on "fuel light indicator lights on" which when i returned the car, fuel still have 2 bars and the light never turn on. ask them to check back record and the gps route, check with their support team to confirm , still said I must provide the dashboard photo to prove, which is not mandated request to take when car is returned

the app's UI is intuitive and easy to use, only sometimes the refresh causes me to lose the filters or selection i had madr previously. It works and connects well to the car. and everything is very seamless.

IF you're wondering why there is not many reviews oUt there, it's beCause they are not that great. you cannot edit a booKing on the daY of, you have tO cancel your cUrrent booking and lose 80% of whaT you already paid foR and then rebook. everythIng that they have to do, they get to take their own sweet time to address it or rest on their ridiculous policies to inconvenient you. My acount was only verified at the very point of my first Booking. Eventhough details and bokings were made months b4

A pleasure experience, with the whole day rental. New driver like me really enjoy myself. If the price can go lower a bit for new driver like me will be very grateful and nice. Condition of the car is also okay, only that the pickup speed is a bit lack. But overall everything is okay, 11/09/24 gave it a wash cause it's white car and don't forget to top up at least $8 for the next driver to use..be generous and we will be safe 🙏, ended trips and glad call team are also very helpful and supportHH

I had a frustrating experience with Tribecar. The car I rented stopped working after basic checks, and despite an hour of troubleshooting with their support, it failed to restart. Tribecar refused to refund or compensate for the time and inconvenience caused. Warning to other users: If you encounter issues with their vehicles, you may not receive adequate support or a refund. Rent at your own risk. I’m hesitant to use their service again.
