Constant bugs, especially recently. Don't think like anybody works on them and the support is sometimes responsive on selective topics, sometimes takes centuries to answer. Am trying to order staff for 3 days for now, am honestly interested how long it will take.

Just have tried to purchase a product from the pharmacy during past 2 hours, but in vain. The app offered 3 different locations. 3 of them where cancelled in accordance apparently with out-of-stock reason. The product is still available on the app and still showing those 3 locations. My very first and definitely the last experience with this app.

I have a bad experience. We booked appointment with the doctor, waited for extra 20 minutes, but no one answered. Then I sent a message on messanger to Ekimo, I was advised another time option, but happened same thing, waited for another 20 minutes without any answer. So actually I paid money for the service I didn't get, not to mention about our stress caused because of aggravated condition of covid positive patient and uncertainty. Then I demanded money back but still no answer, no money back.
