Poloprint Cloud est la deuxième application cloud d'impression 3D lancée par Wiibooxtech co.ltd. Il s'agit d'une version améliorée de Poloprint pro.Poloprint Cloud fournit les fonctions AIGC 3D les plus avancées, la saisie de texte et la génération automatique de modèles 3D.
Poloprint Cloud fournit des milliers de modèles 3D en ligne. Sélectionnez et cliquez simplement, le système découpera le modèle dans le cloud et l'enverra automatiquement à votre imprimante 3D pour l'impression.
Poloprint Cloud fournit une bibliothèque de modèles personnels et des modèles de créativité en ligne. Vous pouvez concevoir des modèles 3D personnalisés, les imprimer ou les enregistrer dans votre espace personnel.

Si vous souhaitez uniquement utiliser une imprimante 3D dans votre réseau local et ne souhaitez pas qu'aucune de vos données privées ne soit transmise à un tiers. Vous pouvez utiliser une autre application d'imprimante 3D développée par nous, PP Local.
Les utilisateurs qui se sont enregistrés dans Poloprint pro et associés à Tina2S doivent d'abord supprimer l'imprimante dans Poloprint pro. Réenregistrez ensuite les utilisateurs et les imprimantes associées dans le Poloprint Cloud. Le courrier utilisé dans Poloprint Cloud ne doit pas être le même que celui utilisé dans Poloprint pro.
L'imprimante 3D actuellement prise en charge par Poloprint Cloud est Tina2S. Le micrologiciel du moteur et le micrologiciel WIFI de Tina2S doivent être mis à niveau vers V1.4 ou supérieur. Pour les imprimantes supérieures à V1.3, vous pouvez utiliser le mode de contrôle local pour connecter l'imprimante dans l'APP, puis utiliser l'écran d'informations sur le micrologiciel pour mettre à niveau le micrologiciel en ligne. Pour les imprimantes inférieures à V1.3, vous devez mettre à jour manuellement le micrologiciel vers la dernière version. Veuillez contacter votre revendeur pour connaître les dernières méthodes de mise à jour du micrologiciel et du micrologiciel.
À l'heure actuelle, le Poloprint Cloud ne prend pas en charge Tina2 Wifi. Veuillez attendre avec impatience les futures mises à jour de l'APP et du firmware.

made three things. there were some bugs at first, had to restart the printer before printing and y axis is off, but I was able to manually adjust stuff, and now it's working, yay.

Cant open app any more using my email. So I created a new accont with gmail. Now I cant use my printer because its linked to my previous email account. Went online to see if it can be unlinked or fix my issues but nothing. It says an email was sent to me and I havent received anything yet. Its been two weeks. Is this company still around?

Would like this app more if several things were changed: #1-If designs were tested for the Tina2S, I have printed several designs that say they are for Tina2S and the prints fail. #2-STOP LOGGING ME OUT EVERY TIME! This is ridiculous. #3-Have more designs on the app, and fix that dumb AI feature. #4-Need the option to resize files before printing, there are a few that say they're compatible with Tina2S and are bigger than the build plate. That being said, I like the ability to print from app.

We've been using this app and the Tina2s for the last 3 weeks or so and haven't had any issues. I do wish the info section for the 3d prints included estimated print times for each quality level. This would be extremely helpful. Also, I wasn't able to get many of the tutorial videos to play... just a black screen. 🤷🏼♀️ Other than that, we haven't had any real issues with the app/printer. My 11 year old son has been able to easily navigate the app and print all sorts of cool things.

Login is broken. Can't use my email anymore. Fix it!

App stuck on "Computing Request" when attempting to send a print to a Tina2S printer. Controls to "home", auto level, turn light on/off, and other printer control options are working without issue. Appears files are not being "sliced" and sent to the printer.

Every time I try to log in with my email, the application stops working. I wasn't having any issues before. I've reinstalled the application multiple times, and it doesn't help resolve the issue. I don't know what else to do.
