Although app is nice and easy to use, customer service is very unhelpful. My account had approval (with no payment info; no need to fill bank credit info) since 2022 and been using 4 to 5 times their service in six months but they changed the policy. My account status was pending due to payment information for bank credit after planing all accommodations for holidays and we had to cancel it. Bye Forever Yoma!!!

Very convenient to pick up care , super easy to use the car while renting and just leave the car at the point where Yoma car share counter. Just one thing need to improve is in Mandalay airport. Upon my departure at Mandalay airport, I have to leave the car at Yoma fleet counter which situated outside of airport and I have to walked to airport (if it is rainy or sunny day, it would be difficult to walk to airport with luggage.
