Terribly difficult to navigate, unintuitive, and some features simply don't work. Tried to schedule an appointment and in the "tell us a specific reason" dialogue, the app was completely unresponsive, could not enter anything. Does anyone test run these apps before publishing? I'm using a very common current Samsung phone.

I really truly love this app. I can reach my doctor through the portal and it is very easy to use. Downloading the app and setting it up with a user name and password where was uncomplicated. You can check test results without any problems. Too bad other hospitals don't have this.

As an out-patient, I LUV'D this app. ALL my information/billing in one place. As a pre-op patient, I find the app too busy/cumbersome. Too much info crammed into a small space. Scared that I'm going to over look an important document/statement.

Extremely easy to use. Very user friendly. Can accomplish so much by using this app that saves time and energy. I can contact my providers and get answers throughout the day instead of waiting for a return phone call.

Very much worth the download if you are receiving care at HSS. Keeps you up-to-date, easy to fill out questionnaires and notifications come through. 8 weeks post op it's nice to get notifications for questionnaires needing to be completed. Only 4/5 because communication through this app will get no response. Better to email or call if you have questions.

Excellent app. This has allowed me to see all of my test results, paper work, dr appointments etc. all in one place. It's very convenient and I have had no user face issues.

All in one place, appointments, test results, prescriptions, notes. I can request an appointment with my provider and I will get a phone call back to schedule it. Easy to use. Very happy.

This app is great. HSS uses the app that many of my hospitals use. Linking my accounts allowed all my doctors to see my tests and assessments from other doctors and physical therapist. I also like that I can message my doctor and they can send me a reply. This method is much better than relying on the phone.
