App doesn't work. Can't even open it... After 2 years nothing has improved. Have you tried your app yourself?? It's a funny parody of an app that doesn't work. The fields are hidden by the keyboard and you have to enter the data blindly. It's not possible to add a payment method there because it goes around asking for login and can't save and asks for login again... And why do I have to order a plastic card and use an app that isn't meant for people and not just pay with a bank card on site??

Registration process is a mission impossible. You couldn't have made it more complicated. It fails to confirm the identity, it asks not only for a address city but also a "settlement" as a mandatory field. After registration you still can not connect. Web site would not let you log in to see the profile data in the browser.

Very often requires to re-login. Using Smart ID login the security code is gone since the app switches to enter pin, the code could be in notification banner so that I would not have to switch apps to check what it was

You can never trust that the chargers will work properly. Some minor issues with the app, but not that critical. Otherwise good locations of charging stations.

App does not work. It does not show which chargers are available, it does not show charging status, can not start and can not stop charging trough application. also can not log in. It does not work.

Impossible to register company account for no reason. Always getting same strange error "Fetching data from Business Registery has failed." Also, its asking for smart id/e signature, not a way to go. Super strange and non working (how to get company acc?????)...

Does not work in my smartphone. I have xiaomi pocophone F1. I can't see most of the text. Settings are only icons, no text. No prices to see, only "€" symbols.
